Bundle of Arts - "A precious moments" & Closing Ceremony
I was in IIUM last Monday to "participate" in the closing ceremony of AIKOL Festival 06 (Ahmad Ibrahim Kuliyyah of Law Festival 06). Apparently my sis was the director of one of the project, "In Person with Datuk Hashim Yusoff". She got the ticket at a reduced price, so being a super nice sister she belanja me. The only thing she mentioned was "it'll be some sort of nasyid concert la." Oh, I was darn bored at home so why not? nasyid pun nasyid la..
Frankly, I was expecting a dull and boring show, but boy.. it turned out to be a great one!! There were Sauda', Datuk A.Samad Said, Madani, UiTM Percussion, Zifu, Kumpulan Remaja Harapan, In-Team and IIUM Percussion Group. I especially love the performance by Zifu, lecturers from IIUM Matriculation Centre. They presented a somehow new genre of music - their piece of art was exceptionally splendid!! The other performances were equally fascinating too and all in all, it was an awesome night. Thank you dear sister! Thank you for the ticket, foods and hospitality. *Best pergi UIA nih*
And to my greatest buddy, Shera thank you very much for spending some time with me. And thanks for the makanan Arab too! It was funny when the guy there told us, "Makan Nasi Arab, lepas tu boleh cakap Arab" LOL
